Josh Guinan has been a fixture of the industrial scene for more than two decades — both as a writer for publications such as Brutal Resonance and as a touring DJ. Based in Brisbane, Australia, his long-running program Dark Essence Radio has become a cornerstone of independent radio. Through the show, Josh has consistently championed emerging talent while interviewing some of the genre’s most established names, providing a vital platform for both new and veteran artists alike.

Merv Uzzell is the creator and station manager of Acid Bath Radio from Louth, UK. After getting his first taste of radio guest hosting on Brisbane's 4ZZZ, he went on to launch Acid Bath Records to champion dark underground music.
